Super easy install, 10 min. project but not real sure I recommend even the $11 and 10 min. you'd be out

Thanks for the reply and confirming what I remember reading on TW. I'd like to buy one if they figure out how to make it work but apparently they have not so you saved me $11 - thanks.

Pulled these bits off from my front wheel liners... Cost me 2 minutes of my time (bolts were dirty, had to wipe em to get the wrench to fit) and improves the look of the truck greatly I think.

Do it! They're an eyesore IMHO and you can always put them back on if you want

    Hi
I'm very interested in this mod. My 2015 base access cab Taco does not have intermittent
wipers. Will this work for my truck? Thanks in advance.

I love this thread. Already I've been able to do the following from this thread:

    1) Fixed the AC ticking noise

    2) Installed a 110/120V outlet in the cab. Plan to install another in the front cab later. :D

    3) Did the 400Watt anytime mod (works great) and I'm getting 400 watts when driving. Haven't needed it yet but nice to have.

    4) Did this on my own but fixed the driver window. It was making a loud popping noise when opening and closing. Message me for details if you are having this issue.

I get that when opening the window when it's warmer. It's like the rubber gets stuck to the window when it's warm out lol

I took the door panel off and found there was a loose screw/nut on each end of the window that was popping against the metal door frame. Probably not the same issue you are having since mine didn't seem to be dependent on the weather. It's gone now for good. :D

I just made a spare tire mount this weekend (check out my build thread for more pics):

I ordered some T-Bolts from McMaster Carr (http://www.mcmaster.com/#94750a583/=wqh36m) and went to home depot to get some all thread, washers, rubber grommets and nuts....

I installed Red Led Light Strips in my 2007 Double Cab.

    1. 2 LED Strips $29 (Walmart)
    2. Off/On Toggle Switch $3 (Walmart)
    3. 16 Gauge Speaker Wire (Free for Me)
    4. Terminal Connectors Free for me (Walmart)

    **Disconnect Battery to prevent Accidents**
    1. Split Speaker wire (or Whatever you used) and connect the Terminal Connectors to the Positive and Negitive on the Wire.
    2. Run the Wire through the Firewall (Can be difficult)
    3. Place the Switch where you want it
    4. Wire it Correctly
    5. Place LED strips where you want them
    6. Connect to battery and Connect Battery Back and check to see if worked.

I cut a hole in the Top of the change holder down to the left beside the steering Wheel. This is where i placed the toggle switch (Very Stealthy)

Make sure you set everything up to check and see that it works like it should.

The only reason I decided not to do that was in day they are not that bright. But that is a good Idea.
