In all seriousness, things to buy to get you out dispersed car camping safely would be

    A shovel,
    A bow shackle recovery point
    A tow strap
    Possibly some knock off maxtrax

The only somewhat affordable "cool" mod I've seen is the Caliraised ditch lights

Like the others said bring your camping stuff and focus on what type of camping “overlanding” you’d like to do. You should start with basic mods on the truck: lift, tires and maintenance so you can safely travel off road. Then recovery gear. I carry: generic maxx traxx, shovel, tow straps, recovery hitch and jack & garbage freight air pump. From there storage and space are things to consider. I would stay on here and look at some builds.

Most importantly is you’ll need a means of keeping your beer cold.

    Any cooler will work.
You can extend the ice by keeping it in a block or solid as much as you can and adding some insulation like a blanket or that shiney bubble wrap stuff.
