According to Vatozone's part fitment guide they're interchangeable. I could check out the oem parts dealer website later, but I'm guessing it might be the same. It's just not fun on my phone. The main difference in offerings that I've seen is a difference in distance between the top and bottom tanks, but the 3 sizes that come up for 4x4 should all fit pre-runners regardless of engine I'm guessing. If you have an auto trans make sure you get one with a place for trans fluid.

My factory radiator went out in my 1998 Toyota P/U with Auto Trans. Bought a replacement from Autozone for about $150. It fit perfectly. BUT, I noticed my fan clutch started kicking on more often. The radiator was thinner than stock. Just something to consider. I wish I had taken my stock one to a radiator shop & had it fixed instead.

Well, it happened to me too. I opened the hood Friday afternoon and noticed dried radiator fluid on top of the radiator and side of battery where the fan has been blowing it.
With the truck running I can see it coming from where the plastic crimps to the aluminum core behind the radiator cap. This is the original radiator and it's a Harrison.

Anyone used the Mishimoto brand? It's only about $10 less than getting a oem radiator from Conicelli Toyota Parts, but I noticed in the description it has 2 rows.
Edit: Found the same model #Mishimoto radiator on Carid.com for $132

I found this on Camelback Toyota's thread on TW. It's an OEM radiator for an 02 Automatic Tacoma
    $135.90 shipped
Not sure if this helps. It's free shipping & no tax. I'd check with Camelback for your specific radiator.
Plus you get a TW discount.

Looking out for my TW brothers! I bought a bunch of parts from @gunny1005 at Camelback. It was the cheapest price I could find anywhere!
