    Hello,

    I recently bought a 2013 tacoma trd sport 4x2,

I want to know what is the cheapest way to level the truck, i dont really offroad, so I'm not looking for something that expensive.
I just want to level it and fit some more agressive looking tires like duratracs or BFG Mud Terrains.

I dont know too much about trucks, so any advice will be appreciated.

    Thank you :D

Satoshi, debadged, rear view mirror bracket, tail gate hose clamps, trimmed mud flaps.
You bought a 30k+ truck, and want to lift it cheaply?

    Could never understand that logic.

What is your budget? Save $1k and put a full OME lift on that sumbish.

It's cheap money wise but not cheap in-terms of quality in anyway.

Ratchet straps are expensive...steal some dirt from your front yard and throw it in your bed...

Leveled truck and an awesome Moat in your front yard. WIN/WIN.

    HAHAHA some funny replies...

I think bilsteins 5100 would be the best route to go?

how much that cost including installation?

Since my truck is mexican they told me it has to be installed by the dealer, otherwise it looses warranty...

So, I dont know if that would make it very expensive...

Good to know racism and mexican hate is still alive :rolleyes:

Back on topic...if your truck is brand new get it installed by the dealer. I was quoted $500 all in for install, alignment, and 5100's upfront by my dealer because as I like you I don't want to screw with my warranty.

By Mexican I'm assuming that you are referring to the fact that it was built in Mexico and purchased in the USA. It has a VIN that starts with the number 3.

Warranty cannot be denied unless they can prove that the parts you added are directly to blame for the damage that will be covered by warranty. Even if the dealership installs it, they will not warranty the product and deny warranty work if the part IS to blame for damage.

After reading a few posts I have a SR5 took the jump for the 5100 Billsteins in front with rears as well for $380.00 delivered with tax included.

As like others I want mine to set level, I appreciate the help of others opinion here on the forums.

I did same. I used the jack method instead of compressors and had them on a little over 2 hours and without power tools. $65 for alignment at shop and rides better than before. Buddy has a '12 and used spacers and now is going to do all over again cause ride is shit!

No, by saying mexican I mean that it was bought in Mexico.

I think it was built in the USA. But by asking the Toyota Mexican dealer I was said that any changes made to the truck mechanically had to be done by their technicians, otherwise it may loose its warranty.
