    Why is there a TSS sensor delete? Doesnt that impact the sensor to become redundant? Why would anyone desire this feature?

    I went the takeoff route, see them for sale all the time on marketplace. Cheap and oem quality option.D7AE1142-A387-4A0B-80CD-D7EB6D9D9D81.jpgC734295B-1C77-49B9-973F-B9F7FFB002DB.jpgF9654500-C846-4E82-AAB3-D4A4531D8EA8.jpg7F35A679-53E0-46D4-96E8-7BC39F2C7EC7.jpg

    Had an Extang Trifecta for 7 years and the corners started curling

    Called to see if warranty offered any help, 4 days later I was installing my Trifecta 2.0, which was my warranty replacement.

    If you want a soft trifold, easy off and on, it's hard to beat.

    Re your grill. 3rd gen front ends look like a carp mouth. So a new grill is just lipstick on a carp. :D

    I had to re-read my post before I answer.

    There isn't a mention of the TSS delete in my post...so I'm wondering what made you reply as you did?

    As a matter of fact, I validated the Non-OEM Garnish as OP's check good! (OP=Operation)

    I test the DRCC and LDA at speed and of course in traffic, the TSS alerts me of a potential collision.

    OP's check good!

    DRCC= Dynamic Radar Cruise Control
    LDA= Lane Departure Alert

    It doesnt even matter because after reading that site, it seems theyve run into an issue for copyright infringement and cannot sell the item because it has the word TOYOTA without their permission.

    They sell the grill without the letters...but I don't know the details with copyrights.

    Of course, there are other vendors.

    I would seriously consider waiting, the stock grille might grow on you. I was hell-bent on "upgrading" grilles before I got my Taco but realized everyone and their sister was replacing them with the cheese grater or PRO grille, especially with the Mr. Meeseeks "look at me" Raptor lights. I was also reading about TSS issues with non-OE garnishes and the cheesy look some of them have, I'm not about to shell out big bucks for a grille when my factory plastic is less common and cleaner looking. Just my take.

    I agree. I was originally going to swap my SR grille. But after owning the truck a few weeks I realized I dig how it looks. I decided to keep it.

    I’m a cheap bastard plus I didn’t want to have what everyone else has. I kept my SR5 grill because everyone else got rid of theirs. Just added a screen and totally changed the look.F57DC61C-3CB1-4E02-8B51-0EBA2D1A3A88.jpg
