Hey hey, today I went to a Toyota dealer to source a vital part for my Taco 1999 2.4L Auto (I was told by the geniuses in here to tell about my ride in every post huh huh).

It is a clip for the radiator fan cowl, part #90468-06092

ELEVEN CENTS! (actually $0.12 with tax)

    So, here is my CHALLENGE!

I challenge you to find a cheaper Tacoma part.

SHOW PROOF otherwise your entry will be invalid!

    Rules:

    1. It has to be bought at a Toyota dealer.
    2. Show receipt.

This challenge will be open until June 31st.

Winner will receive a trophy consisting of my defective 02 sensor mounted in a wood pedestal. If you want it engraved that will be extra.

    THE CHALLENGE IS ON!!!

I always thought the window crank horseshoe clip I bought for like $2.29 was the cheapest part ever purchased at a dealer! Too bad that (A) it isn't, and (B) I lost receipt months ago!

I've got one! I'll have to dig up the receipt, but I do have it...

Dealer technician effed up the replacement of a blown rear axle seal, and his half-assery caused the seal to blow again within a day; Dealer had to pay for a second rear axle seal, a rear bearing, and all the labor. Final bill? $0.00

Since it’s the part in the lead (for now?) how many of those shroud clamps do I need for a 2.7l shroud? If anyone has the pn for the radiator mounting bolts, that’d be helpful too

My shroud disintegrated long ago. Replacement is sitting in the garage

Why does it still say Scion on there? I'm guessing they have a lot of paper left that they need to use...?

Too many trucks and mods to list.. check builds
I believe the part with the technical name “part” is the cheapest. I have to find the receipt but it was like 2 cents.
It’s literally a tiny shim for a/c compressors
