    I've had keyless for the past three vehicles so I don't have the issue of the scratched plastic around the ignition...just finger prings on the push button gosh darn it.

    But given I've had 4 or so keyed cars I've never given it any thought or had any passenger tell me my shit was tore up...maybe they have manors, or maybe they're blind. The other trim parts seem to be holding up well though.

    I'm the same. Haven't carried keys in a while. Now I find when I do, on the rare occasion, drive a vehicle with a key I forget to remove the key from the ignition.

    TLDR
    Last time I checked, there's not a plastic in the world with a hardness level greater than stainless steal :notsure:

    I could be wrong, but I'm going to guess that pretty much every type of plastic will be scratched by metal keys. Now if Toyota found a vendor that made PLASTIC keys, that might be something :drevil:
