I would lean toward it being related to the switch you just replaced.

    Me too.
OP says he doesn't want to crawl under the truck, and checking at the relay will confirm if the switch is send power to the relay.

I have a boroscope. I will try to use that to get eyes on the NSS today. I am pretty sure if the switch was bad, I would be getting the P0705 error I was getting before it was changed. Misalignment of a good switch? Seems like Check Brake System is a weird symptom for that issue but that may be the case. I am guessing I will have it towed to the garage that did the work on Tuesday. Again, thank you for the help.

To follow up on this, had the truck towed to the mechanic. They worked in it pretty much all day. Said someone put the EFI 2 fuse in the wrong slot. Also said the front brakes need replacing and that was the reason the Check Brake System was illuminated. When I told them I would bring it back next week to have them changed(as I stated earlier, I am too old at this point to sit on my cold driveway) they did say the Neutral Safety Switch they put in was also defective. My guess is that was the issue all along and they want to recoup their costs since the truck was exhibiting the same issue before I checked any fuses and they needed an excuse…

Thanks again for the help. I appreciate it.

I'd get another opinion regarding the front brakes needing replacement. You probably don't need them.

I agree. That is why I told them I would bring it in next week.
