I have a 2016 Toyota Tacoma. The other night as I was driving on my very bad dirt road, my truck hit a bump pretty hard (after a hole from the road). Afterwards, my Check Brake System light came on. Brake fluid is good, tried clearing code and unplugging the battery, but the warning came back. Truck drives fine and now sometimes the alert comes on, but it is flickering as if there is a bad connection somewhere. Check engine light came on also and the TRAC Off light comes on and off. Took it to the Dealership and they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. They too checked the codes and found nothing, so they cleared it, but the Check Brake System warning light came back on. The Dealership wants to charge me $800.00 to “keep looking”. Now, my outside temperature for my truck reads “E” degrees and my AC does not work. Any ideas, suggestions, advice?!

Check for loose connections, all the different areas acting up, leads me to think there may be a loose battery terminal or connection.

The battery has been disconnected and reconnected and the alert continues to return.

You may have more than one thing bad with it. the brake/trac thing may be an abs wire/wheel speed sensor?
    Are you lifted?

Without out codes, we can only go off what we know.
If I knew whether or not the blower motor worked, that would help.
Maybe a ground issue, maybe a power issue. The ambient temp sensor is connected to the AC system.
    So there are 2 commons.

We can only make educated guesses at this point.
Really be nice to catch it throwing a code.

    TnShooter,

The blower motor does work. My neighbor was able to get my AC to work briefly when he cleaned out my air filter. But later that night the temperature was off and the next day my AC stopped working again.
