hell when I bought my jetta the radio would raise and lower depending on your speed. I asked the service dept about it they said it was broken and they can fix it under warranty and that I had to make an appointment and that it will take 2 weeks to get the new radio in.

As I was leaving I ran into one of the sales managers I knew and when I told him why I was there he said oh no that can be changed easily its all in the manual and then came to my car and showed me where. Some stupid feature called variable speed volume control.

OP no need (though reading or at least familiarizing yourself with it is always a good idea). This is normal. Go enjoy your truck.

I may be mistaken, but I'm pretty sure reading and comrehending is exactly what I'm doing on this forum. I have a feeling you frequent vitalmx USAfwx. A. I mean it IS a forum that you're complaining on. At least make your complaints readable. B. I'm gonna go with you as the answer to that still. You're complaining, I'm (well I was anyway) here for information and to look at pictures of awesome trucks. C. hivemind "newb" bashing just doesn't do it for me... Ever since I moved on from middle school I mean. Also, just because I haven't been a member long, doesn't mean I haven't lurked quite some time. Everyone knows how to search. Again, I explained this... The thread was already here. Even if I came for the question specifically why would I search when this thread is on the first page?

Yes I do visit vitalmx and am a member as well as thumpertalk, not sure why that matters here. Clearly reading and comprehending are still something you need to work on as you missed the whole point. Again, I answered the OPs question, no complaining. I also didn't name call until you started talking about cry babies, see the middle school theme there kinda leads me back to you getting your panties in a twist over nothing. You should reread your posts as well for spelling errors bud, "hivemind"? Again your whole rebuttal makes no sense, before you call people out or complain about the responses on here to questions take your own advice and dont post or at least make sense.

Just easy to spot a vitard anywhere. 2 stroke taliban too I bet.

    This was your first post.
I'm not sure why this is so hard to follow?

All I'm saying is, your post contributed nothing. The question was already answered. You only posted to convey how upset you are that op posted something that had already been asked. Oh nooooooooooooo

Dude revisit the middle school name calling you were talking about and what is a vitard? Yes I started mx with a 125 2 stroke but have been on 4 strokes for some time now, not sure the relevance in your comment, but shows your maturity. Again you a) try to call someone out for name calling (hello pot, Im kettle) b) realize this is a forum with mechanics/truck owners who like to tease each other and dont get upset about it

I'm not upset at all. On the contrary, you're quite hilarious. This conversation HAS become pretty pointless though. It's devolved into bickering over whether or not anyone should post anything. Agree to disagree.

Oh and for the record vitard is a self proclaimed title of long-term members of vital who like to flame "newbs". Nothing really derogatory there. A quick search will help you find a better definition... Or just read the vital manual... Ha okay, so it is kind of fun.

ALL IM TRYING TO SAY IS.... the thread was already here. It was a legitimate concern because of the way the message reads. It's as if there's a loose connection.

Oh and two stroke taliban are a bunch of nazis who don't like double posts but do it themselves. Again, not name calling. Being a fellow dirtscooter enthusiast I thought you'd get the jab. Cmon now, we both ride and both drive (presumably) awesome trucks. I'm tired of this. Instead... Maybe you can answer the real question I've searched for and have repeatedly come up empty handed on.... Is there anyone out there that makes a topper that you can fit a bike in without having to drop the bars?

Yep, its kind of lame, but I like it, though now it would be thummp I guess being a 4 stroke? I spend more time here than on vital. I usually prefer vurb.

Vurb is far better for reliable info. Hah I listen to pulp at work every week though. Good stuff. Ha I literally have Braaap tattooed on my arm... NOW I've shown my immaturity Hahahah! Good stuff. I considered doing Braaap as a vanity plate, but I always worry about people seeing it and realizing there's a garage full of bikes that they'd like to steal. Ya know?

Steve is the man, though I do miss Tits instead of the new creepy dude running the AV, I usually hang out in thumpertalk for tech/quality discussion, half the guys on vital dont even ride. Me and my roommate also let it known that we each have a large quantity of weapons throughout the house and are happy to use them with the sign above our door. I also insure my bikes. P.S. Sorry for thread hijack OP.

I do too! Still don't wanna lose the exhaust and wheels and such and have to go through insurance. I have to say, I like Gibbs. He sometimes says some creepy stuff on air, but I had an actual conversation about riding with him and he was a genuine guy. Tits doesn't really care about the sport imp. Of course everyone loves Steve though. The question they asked Bilko about East coast riders was mine last week! Ha. Anyway, thread officially derailed. Good stuff . Sorry for the light trolling/being a jerk man!

No worries and same, sometimes I come off wrong on here, as is the downfall of internet forums. Agree, he does ride unlike tits, but the Dungey's GF and some other stuff, lol...havent met him or Steve since I'm an "east coast rider" though not by choice, thank you AF, but would be a bit star struck lol. Cheers and safe riding.

Haha I think Steve spins some of these things to make for "great radio bro". I could be wrong, but he's not that bad. The show doesn't lack in humor with him. Ha I'm an east coast rider too. Grew up in Georgia and I'm in Tampa now. Have a good one man. Safe braaaping to you as well.
