Lit up at the same time coming down Cinamon pass. Shut the engine off and they went away then lit back up 3 days later after a 10-hour drive home. Thinking I messed up a speed sensor? Drives fine. Could use some insight, thanks.
*ETA* P0012 Intake A Camshaft position sensor timing over retarded.
Scanned and cleared at the parts place, lights did not return on drive back which was short (3 mi). Thanks

It's normal for the Trac Off light to come on with the CEL on Toyota.

Need to see what code(s) you have, there's hundreds of possible codes.

When mine did that it was rodent damage to the knock sensor wiring. It's an expensive fix. Hopefully, yours is something easier and cheaper.

Check the oil level and condition first, if that's good it's likely the Bank 1 VVT solenoid that's getting sticky.

I will do that. Going to service the oil and change air filter tomorrow, its due but only 60 miles past 5k interval. Lots if dirt for the old rattle trap though.

I did the oil change and air filter, the code hasn't returned so we will see I guess.
