I replaced the sensor this past weekend and reset the ECU. Drove about 80 miles on Sunday and everything seems to be back to normal. Replacing the sensor was easy - but unhooking the connector was a real bitch. I tried doing it a few different ways and found the easiest was reach down behind the center of the engine from the passenger side and release the harness while a second person pulls the sensor wire from the driver side.
