Check Engine light after running for 30 or more minutes

    TRD Exhaust, Clarion NX500 Nav/Radio, ERB Slotted front disc brake and pads
    My 2006 Pre-Runner had only 60,000 miles. Recently a check engine light comes on after the I drove it for about 30 minutes or so. After the engine cools off, the warning will disappear. Driving it short distance will be generate the warning.
    Anyone has any ideas what is going wrong?
    Temperature shows normal temp.

    Either buy an inexpensive scan tool or visit auto zone or advanced. The computer will remember what caused the MIL light.
