Yes I replaced the bulbs . And I tried 2 different gauge clusters . I also checked all of my fuses. I think I have a wiring issue ....??? Does anybody have or have had this problem before ? None of the Accessory lights are lighting up around the fuel gauge . The back light bulb works . And the gas gauge but that’s it .

Do they light up during the key-on-engine-off test? If not you could start electrical testing just focusing on one thing such as the CEL. Per the blurry wiring diagram I see on autozone, the bulb gets its power from the fuse on a black&orange wire. Then the bulb gets its ground from the violet & red wire from the PCM. With the key-on-engine-off, and the electrical connector disconnected from the cluster, you should be getting good power and ground on those two wires. If not, at least you'll know whether to chase down a ground fault or power fault.
Also while you have the cluster out maybe swap the CEL bulb with a known good- just for a sanity check that your new bulb isn't DOA.

Since that diagram more clearly shows a shared power wire (Black/Orange), its not likely at fault (since it would have to be circuit board malfunction of the cluster and you've replaced it twice already).
I would focus all attention on the violet/red wire with the engine computer should be supplying a ground with the key-on-engine-off.
