    Not really, you might notice your gas mileage goes down and in the long run, if you don't take care of it then it could start to effect other parts of the truck like the catalytic converters, for instance. If the sensors are sending bad signals to the ECU then that means the ECU is incorrectly compensating for that data (adding more fuel to the mix when it shouldn't be, for example). But in the short run, it's fine if you need to drive it a few days or so until you get it taken care of. Just wouldn't plan on leaving it like that for a long time.

    Gotcha, I was thinking of driving to local parts stores that sort of thing, should be fine.
    I have to say it's a 2002, and this is the very first problem I've ever had with the truck.
    Toyota makes a good vehicle.
