I’ve read some forums about these and I’m still a little confused. The P0606 has been on and off twice in the last 3 months and today both tripped. I have a cross country drive due to military PCS and I’m wondering if this is something I can drive with or something I need to get fixed in the next 2 weeks before my drive. I’ve included data on the O2 sensors from my scanner if that is any help. Any help is appreciated

Not much data to go on but likely it's a biased sensor, determining if it's the upstream or downstream for sure can be difficult without an exhaust gas analyzer.
I'd probably change the downstream first as it's the one setting the code but it is possible the upstream one is biased and causing the downstream to read higher than normal.
A good test would be to swap the downstream sensors and see if the code moves to the other bank, if it does then you know for sure it's the sensor. If it doesn't it's probably the upstream sensor.

As for the p0606 I have seen that code set on Toyota's when there is an O2 sensor problem so addressing the the O2 sensor code will likely eliminate the p0606 as well.
