    Hello all!

    My truck is a 2007 2.7L 4x4 standard with about 100,750 miles.

recently my check engine light came on and the code is P0500 indicating the speed sensor is faulty. However my speedometer is still working properly.

My truck idles at very low Rpm and causes the truck to shake while stopped at traffic lights and it seems like my the the truck has lost some power in my mid range.

I initially changed all my plugs and added seafoam expecting I might have picked up some bad gas. It smoothed out at first but now I'm back to the same P0500 and a rough low idle (probably 500rpm while stopped).

Any idea what my problem is? should I replace the speed sensor even tho my speedometer is working? What other steps can I take to get it back to normal?

    Thank you for any help!
