Check engine light came on on my 98 Tacoma. 230,000 miles. When starting, runs a little rough for about 10 seconds and then smooths out. I checked gas cap, changed the spark plugs and wires, replaced all drive belts and air filter, checked all fluids and everything was normal.
Thoughts on where I should next look?

Will be more helpful to pull the code. Autozone or oreilly will do that for free

Codes are a very helpful starting point. Even for the pros.
