Looks good. I want to do something liek this to mine. I've got a few small cigarette holes and stains. The thing that really gets to me is my drivers side arm rest cracked. I guess I put a little too much elbow into it when adjusting myself and *SNAP*. I heard a 2nd snap the other day when I did the same thing again. Anybody know where I can get a new piece or how much they are?

Try a junk yard and/or search online. Might find someone on here that wrecked a truck that can get you the stuff from their rig.

You can go to the dealer and pay new part prices too...

that looks kick ass. maybe a bit to much redundancy with the TRD logo, but i love it.

Haha yeah. I think I'd rather just deal with the broken one. I'm going to have to keep an eye out for a junked one.

Thanks for the positive comments and thanks to this forum and all the great Taco owners for the inspiration of "making it your own". For those of you who want to know how I cut the pattern, I sort of cut around the original just a little larger to to leave some room for centering the TRD patch as best I could. Again, see more pix in my gallery.

Just read the post on the cracking of the armrest....same thing happened to mine. Cheap plastic parts. There is a seam right in the middle of the armrest and thats where mine cracked. When I took it apart I super glued the crack then epoxied(dont know if thats a word or not) a piece of plastic I cut to shape underneath the crack to strengthen the seam.

Nice job, I'm sure you could market them if you put the time in! I really like it, nice work! First time I've seen anything added to it logo wise!

Looks really good, you did it the same why we did mine with dremeling the nubs down on the back instead of drilling through. Now paint your speaker area :)
