Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to put people down who are into lowered trucks. It really is an art form, and it's great when people find something they're passionate about. Especially when so many people waste away infront of the TV because they have no passion. It's just one of those things I look at and think "What's the point?". I'm sure many people roll their eyes at the things I enjoy.

    Of course not.

Kurt Shramovich was one of the guys I was chatting with. He's swept his class in W.E. Rock this year and even his stuff broke. He runs for Team Quadratec.

Yes, homer is right. That was Gumby's truck and he is/was on CT for a while. Pretty badass what he did to the rig even though it isn't my style. Also if you notice in the under hood shot it is supercharged. I'll give you a hint. It's not a roots style (it is a Rotrex) nor is it sold by TRD.

Its a URD kit. He was one of the earlier ones to run the kit as the intercooler is black in the production kits now.

and that truck was torn dowan, and the fenders and dorrs have been swapped to another truck in the last year.

I can appreciate the work that went into it, but I don't really understand lowered vehicles in general. Too many potholes, dirt roads, etc to bottom out on. Shit, my stock-height Corolla scrapes in more places than I care to think about. Imagine a lowered vehicle....

On the other hand, I find it hard to appreciate things people dump $1,000's into something functionally useless or just for show. I guess maybe I feel there's more important things to blow money on with a family to support and all.
