Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to put people down who are into lowered trucks. It really is an art form, and it's great when people find something they're passionate about. Especially when so many people waste away infront of the TV because they have no passion. It's just one of those things I look at and think "What's the point?". I'm sure many people roll their eyes at the things I enjoy.

A guy by the user name of gumby built that truck and posted the build on another forum and he put alot of work into it and I think he did a great job. If I had the cash I would of kept my X-Runner as well as gettin my D-Cab 4x4.

 

not really my style but i like it and i appreciate the guys work and effort hes put into it...i wouldnt say its an "OK setup" cuz its pretty dope

Its a URD kit. He was one of the earlier ones to run the kit as the intercooler is black in the production kits now.

and that truck was torn dowan, and the fenders and dorrs have been swapped to another truck in the last year.

 

I can appreciate the work that went into it, but I don't really understand lowered vehicles in general. Too many potholes, dirt roads, etc to bottom out on. Shit, my stock-height Corolla scrapes in more places than I care to think about. Imagine a lowered vehicle....

On the other hand, I find it hard to appreciate things people dump $1,000's into something functionally useless or just for show. I guess maybe I feel there's more important things to blow money on with a family to support and all.

 

Based on looks alone, that guy put alot of time an money into it to make it look the way it does......



But it looked better stock, guess it was just one of those bad decisions you make and don't know until it is said and done... maybe he will learn his lesson and realize that more is not always better.......way to damn much going on.....
