I wonder why I have a though in my head that allpro lacks alot. From them hassling you about a U-Bolt I dont understand how they could even say anything when It clearly shows the threads do not spiral in the vid, its their fault/defect they should replace it free of charge and get you the part asap.

With just me trying to get incontact with them was a pain in the ass. I called once and nothing called again then this guy answered and said their are having communications problems and it would be better if I email them, so I emailed them twice and about 3wks later I finally get a response which made no real sense to the question I asked. Then I said fuck it and never emailed them back. Comes to find out my friend called about a bumper and they were able to help him on the phone about a week after I called them.

all I wanted was some fuken slider's... guess Ill give 4xInnov.... a call.

    Canada Eh!
That doesnt look like a "manufacturing defect". It was intentional. The lathe cuts what it is told to cut. Must have been made on a monday at the Allpro manufacturing facility. haha

I have 4xinnovations and i have no complaints, adam is great to work with!

You would think they would spare a few minutes doing quality assurance before sending a product out.

ive had similar experiences with Allpro. I asked two simple questions. " do you have skid plates in stock and what are they made out of?"

    I got

No we dont have them in stock we are expecting a shipment soon. I will get back to you on the material and when we receive the new skidplates.

    Never heard back...

FWIW mostly foreign steel goes by "gauge" like on their website. All american steel is in inches. not saying i know where they get their steel, just think its a little fishy its in gauge measurement. Give me good ol' american quality steel. It is proven that american HREW is stronger than chinese DOM. and 3/16" (.1875") american steel is stronger than 3 gauge chinese plate (about .23")

I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
I had the same issue with my flip kit but the nut was cross threaded on the U bolt I sent a picture and a Email to Sue and got a new one pretty fast. It wasn't that big of a deal seeing how I caught before I had the truck all apart.

If you make the vid in the link smaller on the screen it gets clearer & no, I wouldn't use that bolt even if "fixed" with dye. It's too important for that.
