Here is a bumper that we did quite a few years ago. Looks great!

Toyota Tacoma high clearance front receiver hitches also in production today.

 

Nice build, so tell us more about the skid plates that you built. Are the skids plates something that are in production or just custom at this time?

Cam-shaft.

We cut out this custom hood on the CNC table today! Turned out great!

 

Caught this picture of Tim's Moab 2.0 front bumper before it was palletized and shipped today... Great looking Tacoma front bumper if you ask me!

 

The guys from Dixie 4 Wheel Drive posted this picture of a CBI Offroad Fab JK front mid-width bumper that took a narly hit from a cow. As you can see the bumper is the same as the day it was new... the hood, fender, and fender flare didn't fare so well!

 

The Table has been working hard today!

 

Now that the parts showed up we can rebuild this bent King Bump stop.

Here is a great shot a customer sent in of his T4R4 CBI Offroad Fab rear bumper and swing away tire carrier package! Looks great! Notice also that the receiver hitch is not bolted on... this is a standard option with our 4th gen rear bumper to get a bolt on receiver hitch. When off-roading take it off for a whole lot of added departure angle clearance!

This is really trick! Waterproof and flexible LED strip with 3m adhesive tape on the back. Even comes with an on/off switch. Plugs into the 12v outlet installed by CBI Offroad. Now this is camping!

 

New Griffin Radiator just came in. Hate to do it but we have to modify this new part to fit in a YJ buggy. Here goes the cutting...

 

We discovered this crack today on the frame of another Jeep YJ buggy we have in the shop. Now to the fixing part!

 

Jake's dad stopped by today to show us the end result of the bumper that we helped his son build for his senior project. We also supplied them with a TJM USA Stealth 9000 winch and some Rigid Industries - LED Lighting to finish off the bumper! — at CBI Offroad Fab.

 

A few of us went out to pre-run the Shelley Rocks trail we will be running at our Spring Fever Offroad Rally this year. The weather was rainy but we had a ton of fun! I hope this motivates everyone to come out on June 8th for FREE BREAKFAST and lots of wheelin with CBI Offroad Fab
