    personally the 1st gen was a bad spot due to how it was faced. if it was in the corner of the "bumper' and not "in the front" of the lower valance I would have been happier. It's one of the reasons why people do the "turn-signal mod" other than putting a plate bumper on. I think even the ARB and other plate bumpers have the angled piece holding the turn signal so it is more focused towards both sides (front/side) for visibility

    Oh yeah, I totally agree with you. Look at my ARB bumper, I added corner LED turn signals lol

    FWIW though a lot of cars you can't see their turn signals well from the side.

    Bought a truck without a bumper. I'm welding up a new one but that takes time. Not like I can go pull a bumper from a yard.

    My relocated turn signals are LED and outshine the headlights easily.
