Usually I would side with LEO but the cop did seem pretty dumb in his choice of words. I don't know what is arrest-able in Texas but here in California the license plate thing is just a fix-it ticket. On the other hand you can't just look at the video and say hey I saw the whole situation and that is that. You don't know what happened before the video even took place.

I hope that pussy shit of a cop gets his ass fired ASAP. That is nauseating on so many levels it is hard to believe.
I hope to god moore sues and gets every single penny of this bull shit arrest paid for. From all of the court and jail fees to the bike tow and impound. Tnis was utter bull shit and he should pay none of it. In fact, it would be great if the bill for all of this came out of the officer's paycheck...before he gets fired.

Here is what I wanted to see. It makes sense why the officers were so fed up. The dashcam shows what really went on to lead up to this incident. These assholes are why sport bike riders get a bad name. F*** them.

The group has been dealt with numerous times in the past, and had actually closed down a freeway to "stunt". The group had a complete disregard for law enforcement and the safety of the other motorists.

Id say the cop was sick of it, Id be too.

I hear that...but if a group of trucks was known for doing that and i just happened to be driving down the highway with the group of trucks passing me by and i was pulled over, harassed and then arrested for the shocks on my truck I'd call bullshit as well.
