I honestly figured that's what they was going to do. I think the only reason they didn't was because i washed it all off so it was only fresh oil there and I told them I thought it was coming from the timing cover haha.

I just checked as well as I could the lazy way...by peaking around the splash guards. I don't see any oil on my 2018 there but I did get concerned when I first saw some on the topside of the btm splash guard/skid plate. It looks like in my case it's in the middle and towards drivers side. Since I've also got some in two other spots on cables below the oil fill it looks like mines from spillage during oil changes. Will definitely keep my eyes on it though. Thanks!

Rear main seal - Behind the oil pan, there is a black plastic cover on the bottom of the bell housing. That cover is where a rear main seal leak will show up.

Well I just got my truck back home from the dealership and when I pulled it into the garage i could smell something burning. Shut it down and opened the hood and the belt is melted/torn melted to the point its melted to some of the pulleys. Also they removed my power steering pump and I noticed they didnt hook up my reservoir back where its supposed to be. Pretty piss poor workmanship in my opinion. I'm a mechanic at work and this pisses me off because it's not that hard to look things over. Normally I would do the work myself but with it still being under warranty I took it to be done. So looks like I'll be making another 1.5 hour trip 1 way to have them fix their mess up. Not a happy camper right now. 1st 2 pictures is the belt now. The last picture of the oil leak before I took it over. You can see the belt in the top right and it looks brand new... I'm OCD with my trucks and maybe I'm overreacting but this kind of stuff pisses me off.

That would piss me off too. I'm like you, very diligent on the work I do, at work and home. I cringe ever having to deal with a dealer. On the plus side you got off easy, imagine if they had pulled your engine.

My opinion, email the the service department those pictures and ask for a call from the service manager.

It's always good practice to inspect their work right there in the parking lot. I can only remember a few times over many years not finding an issue with work quality.

@mattleg I definitely should have looked it over before I left. Definitely my bad on that. I definitely will send those pictures and call them in the morning when they open.

That sucks OP, they did some hack quick fix and it f'd you. There's a reason you have to pull the motor. Had mine done 5 months ago and alls well.

And in regards to that TSB, mine never dripped or was even wet, just grimy. They did run UV dye in the oil first though to verify the leak.
