Both tight, 2016 DCLB OR.
Ordered 10/2015. Picked up 01/2016.
I believe manufacturered in Mexico.

 

This as well... both tight with inspection marks..Baja..couple month earlier build.

What clamps? Mine are not there!

 

I know this is only 6 years late but the torque spec is 30 in-lbs, for anyone who stumbles on this in the future.
