    ya I already rotated it to have it down like that. still couldnt get the tip in.
    I'll try the needle thing tomorrow see if it works. If not...maybe I'll be grinding lol.

    i had same issue, i found a smaller end that worked, dont recall where i ordered though..

    Joe, I doubt the needle thing will work. It takes a LOT of pressure to purge those suckers... It'll likely be better to get a smaller tip or flatten the sides down with a grinder and give it that "custom" look...

    According to the manufacturer, Spicer, they say pump the grease in till you see it purging from all 4 seals...!!

    At least Toyota puts grease zerks on the u joints. My shop truck is an 87' Ford 250 and it has zero zerks.
