My wife and I bought a White 2007 Tacoma TRD about a year ago knowing it needed some TLC. After scrolling through so many threads on here as a guest, I decided it was time to create an account!

So far we have cashed in on the Toyota funded frame replacement (found a small perforation on a particularly rusty section), gotten the rear leaf springs replaced through the Toyota recall, and replaced the serpentine belt and a few of the belt pulleys that had bad bearings.

Our next project is to get the windows functioning properly. I have checked the fuses and replaced the driver side master switch, but I am not getting anything out of any of the buttons on the master switch (windows or locks) or any of the other window buttons from the other three doors, but the door lock button on the passenger side works fine. I have also tested all four window motors with by directly connecting a 9V and know that they all function. I have been looking for a wiring schematic so I can try and get to the bottom of it...does anyone know where I can find one? Or should I move this question to a new thread?

    Welcome!

Hopefully someone will come along with some advice to get it working. If not, then it might be a good idea to post in either the 2nd gen section or maybe the technical chat section.
