Cherry bomb exhaust on my v6

Itll sound like a fart in a trashcan. And everyone will laugh at you.

 

A metal or plastic trash can?

 

Metal. The plastic would make it sound too deep.

 

There are many great sounding 6 cyl engines. Porsche,alfa,bmw,cummins....The 3.5 is not one of them.

 

Just do it. You won’t be able to hear everyone laughing at you.

 

Ran a Cherry Bomb and side exhaust on an old '86 B2000 I bought as a side project about 6 years ago. It sounded great, actually. That, of course, was an I4. On a 60° V6? Not so much. Maybe if the 1GR were a 90° V....there might be a fighting chance with it's uneven exhaust pulses. But not on a 60° V. Would probably sound like warmed over ass
