Thanks Ron! It was a great trip. Madison and I kinda decided last minute to actually go, we didn't want to get caught in any storm and need 4x4 guys to pull us out to the road, with how it all turned out ended up being perfect conditions minus a little wind.

Greg and that group left for their run maybe half an hour before we got there, bummed we missed them. From what I heard it was a great run, with the exception of Lucille's accident. Greg's a good dude, he kept a positive attitude about it all. Pretty tough being happy when your truck is on a flatbed being towed away from you. From what I was told it was that or head on with a Jeep. He made the better choice and fortunately Lucille should only need bolt on parts to be made whole again, then back in action!

Version 1.0 of home built 50" curved light bars mounts were a success!
@HAVVOKK and I got the bar mounted but will be rebuilding them a little sleeker and from steel soon.

Turned out bad ass steel will be a bitch to work with but we will get it done for sure. Let me know when and check those mounts from time to time that crack at the bottom of the mount kinda made me nervous but I know they are strong enough just like the reassurance

Agreed. I think they're strong enough for mall use, but washboard or big bumps will break them for sure. Aka got to fix it before JT.
The steel we got is going to suck to bend. Going to need to torch it hot red to bend it

It's a projector retrofit kit, going in the 12+ headlights. Time to crack them open and start paint and prep :bananadance:

Oh yeah. I finally have all the brackets, body parts and extras I need to put the new front end on. The final step before installation is figuring out how to tackle the color issue, Radiant Red wasn't an option 12-15 so the hood and bumper are both MGM. Just need to handle that and then I'm ready to go.

Color code is 3L5 but 10 year old red paint needs to be color matched. Jason let me know he has a buddy that can do it local, I'll just need to do the prep work
I might have another idea up my sleeve though :spy:
