First, I believe that video was made by Ford and was taken with a 2007 Tundra before they boxed the frame. I remember seeing it awhile ago.

Also, not that I put much into magazine reviews that rely on advertising dollars but the Tundra was the 2008 Truck of the Year.

the only major problem ive heard of is the cracked camshafts, but that was at the beginning of production and involved only 20 or so engines total...and the problem was resolved quickly....

the ford also has a much softer suspension than the toyota....i have to say that ford does make pretty good suspensions...but the thing is if you encounter that in the real world...you would just slow down....and video is BY ford....

Thank you, these were the kind of things that I wanted to hear about!
So far, Tacoma is winning! Mainly because of power, handling, and reliablity! I just wish it had a V8 and a bit more room inside but I dont think I am going to find something exactly like I like:rolleyes:!

Whoever's truck this is is really wearing me down on wanting a Tacoma!!!

The new Chevy trucks look damn good in my opinion.. However I much prefer my smaller Tacoma to a fullsize...

I love the hell out of my Tacoma. It is absolutely perfect for what I need. I do wish I had 4wd, but that was my mistake by not getting that. I don't have any complaints about it at all and it's just an overall great truck. But if I had the money for gas and the extra money to buy it, I probably would take a Silverado. I have always liked them for some reason, and Chevy is a good brand to get other than Toyota.

My dad has an 08 silverado 4x4 and I have a 10 tacoma. If you are doing any heavy towing I'd say go big and get the siverado, but if not the tacoma. Value will hold higher and they look alot better.
