I know. We got lost, could find another way out back the way we came in and had to have someone come get us  not sure why they changed it up but I'm not liking it.

Lol we said the same thing! We had tragedy strike on that trail. My brother came close to some body alterations when he found himself very close to rubbing a tree. The Jeep also got a log/branch in his sidewall

That sucks! Did he have a spare? I was impressed what he was getting through! We were at that dead end spot by the house where everyone turned around, and it took me a minute to turn around with all those trees. Once I got turned around I didn't see anyone. We tried to follow the way we thought you guys went but ended up out by two step area. We played around there for awhile hoping you guys would squirt out of the woods somewhere, but we didn't see you. We thought maybe you guys found another way out? We tried to call you, but my signal was poo. Wish we had a radio to keep in touch! So how did you guys make it out?

Luckily he had a spare and I was also impressed being 2WD and all. I was hoping to reconnect too but with the blown tire and recovering my brother from certain body damage on his new '15 we were in there longer than expected. We came out where we came into the SUV park. No one was damaged and we all got out fine.

Joe, you going to be at your shop tomorrow? I have to run out to Antioch in the afternoon and could stop by so you could see my truck and I could check out your shop.

Yes, sounds like a plan. I will be there by noon. The shop address is 303 Main st. Suite 100B Antioch.
Pretty much, RT. 83 & IL/ WI border. East side of street.

Anyone in the area need the ECGS bearing puller? I wanted to see if someone local needs it before having to ship it. $40 and it's yours.

Any chance those would fit a 15? I'm new to the whole tacoma truck thing and I've never hd a truck before. If they do fit. I would love to have them. I live in Chicago.

Not sure, but you can come out and we will check together. We can install them in my driveway if they fit. Shoot me a PM and I will check with the boss (wife) what is happening this weekend.

hello all, new to the site, new Tacoma...

couple of questions looking back at the last week of this thread:

    1. what/where is the badlands ?
    2. is that something I can participate in with an unmodified vehicle ?
    3. any thoughts on what would be the best bang-for-the-buck mods and order of install ?

    any help appreciated
