Curious if anyone is interested in purchasing my MGM bumper. 2012-2015 years. Good condition, comes with fogs, wiring and crash bar. Below is one of the last pics of it installed on the truck. Lower valence was cut to mount a 30" light bar. Bumper was wheeled but any minimal scratches would be under the bumper and not noticeable while mounted. Asking $350 FIRM.

Hi one and all. I have owned a Tacoma since about 2006, my first being a 99 cab and a half Pre runner. Due to frame rot and the fact that they were out of frames Toyota Corp. bought my truck for more than I paid for it, after driving it for about two years. Since this was right around the time of " Cash for Cars-" Gov program to get junk off the street, Toyota dealers in my area ( Chicagoland ) didn't have a single Tacoma in stock. I found mine at a Carmax with 10000 on the clock @ 2 years old, but looking pristine. S here I am10 years later with the same problem, frame rot.I believe its enough to qualify for frame replacement ( 10mm holes ), and am looking for a good dealer that takes care of us when we bring it in for inspection/replacement.As a certified mechanic myself I have done all my own maintenance, and am not very happy with the dealer that I had the warranty work done. ( CRC, rear leafs, throttle pedal & pad, etc ).

Can anyone help me locate a good Chicagoland Toyota dealer that has done multiple frame replacements and the ( us ) customers are very happy, not ripped off, and not charged for stuff they shouldn't be charged for, or had things not work that worked before the service. Just looking for a good, honest dealer. Help !

Hi Guys, I'm located in Aurora, Ill. and still trying to figure out the navigation on this site. I had been dealing with Lombard Toyota but not happy with them. Geekhouse23-PM ? private message ? ...and Sparky, how did they have a frame so fast ? I here they have to build them and add the VIN before they ship to dealer. Was your vehicle previously inspected ? And did you have any other work done while it was apart ? And thanks too, Slander, I'll cross them off. GO BEARS !!!

I have had very good luck with Lakeshore Toyota in Porter, IN. If you're not too far on the West or North burbs, they are off I-94 about 20 miles into Indiana.

Hey all! Long time lurker that finally joined Tw this year. I’m in Connecticut now, but grew up in Antioch IL. Figured I’d drop in and say hi to all my old neighbors in northern IL.

Welcome! I frequent that area often as we have a lake house in Johnsburg; Pistakee Lake.

We should try planning a trip to River Road ORV Park soon.

My highschool job was working for a ice company out of Antioch called nice ice. The chain o lakes kept us busy through the summer; spent a lot of time delivering to Johnsburg and Fox Lake.
