I'm downtown Tinley Park. Work in Crest Hill/Joliet.

I honestly think if you stay out of the majority of Lake County, it's pretty nice. Lake Dale/St John/Lowell, Crown Point and Lowell are nice enough even in Lake County. Lived in Valpo for 2 years, would live there again in a heartbeat.

I’m going to be trying to get out of lake in the next few years. St. John is alright but it’s getting too populated for me.

And I need a bigger garage

I always found the traffic in St John to be really annoying. All 2 lane roads and 4 way stops that weren't setup for the density of people living there now. 93rd, 101st, and 109th made me want to pull my fingernails out one by one instead of driving on them at 5pm.

I'm probably headed out towards Belvidere/Poplar Grove/Caledonia area in the next 6 months. So much cheaper than Cook/Will/Dupage county

93rd is a damn joke anymore. Needs to be 4 lane. Too many houses without the infrastructure to handle it. And sadly
I live right off the damn road

Good call, that area you are in sucks dong!

I would love to move and get some more land, but I dont want these criminals running this state to get more tax money from me.

Quick word of caution with using fluid film in regions with a high road salt usage- it tends to pick-it up and adhere to any metal you spray. Here’s my JKU after 1 winter with fluid film. Salt completely are thru both the factory undercarriage paint and zinc coated parts.

I’ve since gone back to using a mixture of flax oil and gear oil.

I don't know I've ran it in NJ, PA and IL without any issues and great results. High spray areas like your front bumper there and totally exposed front end are of course gonna be more likely to have less protection as opposed to the undercarriage. You do you but fluid film seems to be just fine for most of us here.

There’s no doubt it makes whatever you spray it on look filthier. As soon as there is a rainy day or you physically wash it down, it cleans off the grime while keeping a layer of the film still on. At least that’s how it’s worked for me. The underside side of my truck is crazy clean. And it is very salty here in the winter.

I'm not gonna lie, its badass and alot of the design features are better or more thought out than our Tacos, but quality FCA still lacks way behind, but then again my brief GM ownership also was a POS after 6 months in.

they're not that bad once you get past the fact they're absolute trash.

the 4.0 was a good motor. once they went to the v6s they lost they're one good thing about them

I have alot of jeep buddies, the penastar has been pretty solid, but everything else falls apart or breaks quickly, like you said its just cheap shit that looks cool all thrown together.
