They also have an indoor MX track in Mendota, called Megatraxs. It's an easy hour drive from Oswego, 34 will take you straight there.

Megatrax is an indoor track too  its definitely winter-time fun and a ton of bikes show up. Only 1st gear friendly on a 4-swifty though haha

Hope all is well with y’all. I’m still somehow employed but they fired 16 people yesterday. Indiana is officially locked down come 11:59am today. At least I’m still “working” for the foreseeable future

are you looking for something to occupy your down time?
have you interest in a freelance on-the-side gig on an old 1st gen Tacoma?
i have been wanting for some time now to get a complete & thorough 'senior wellness' checkup look over on the truck as its nearing 150k and almost 1/4 century old.
every time i ask my local servicing dealers they just give me some dumbshit stutter look and perhaps just do not care :notsure: about a real old truck and keeping it tipTop IDK lol
give me a quote and a plan to get it done!
    :mudding:

Check over? No. Depending on working on it? Who knows. Half the parts stores are closed here (or closed early)

the only real part that 'may need' changed soon is the A/C idler pulley/bearing OR the A/C clutch thing, whichever has been making the weird summer vibes that have not been diagnosed yet. It could also be the driveshaft joints wearing out or a heat shield loose idk lol, its weird AF when it starts rattling!
i have been getting parts from Camelback in AZ, they have some good wholesale prices over what the local parts dept have

Sitting in 15day purgatory here waiting for my website address to be transferred over to squarespace so I can build that and setup my company email. Wife is still employed and hopefully they pass this support bill in congress to backstop her companies losses due to the worldwide airline shut down. Its day to day with her employment. Other than that just been wating for it to warm up so I can fix my basement wall and then organize the garage

this Chicagoland thread has been in quarantine for 12 days now
how's the situation in the city, all i ever hear on the national news lately is from NYC, so i am curious if Chicago has a good grasp on everything virus
people are not 'dying in the streets' as they are reported to be in NYC are they?

That's what I wonder myself. It sounds like the movie outbreak over there.

That’s what happens when the medical system is overrun. In NY and others, nearly 100% of the people in hospitals are COVID patients. Or if you got the hospital and don’t have it, odds are good you will once you are inside.

I totally did the used car inspection on your truck. You want your lights ditch light brackets and fuse box back? They had me remove all that. I have no use for the brackets or the lights. I was going to possibly use the fuse panel but if you want it you can have it

The only thing I would possibly want is that fuse panel. That’s sweet tits. And hilarious cuz I stripped most of it before I brought it in. I have a extra, long cubie for the bed if you it. It was already missing one so I took out the other. I’ll even give you money for it cuz I going to by a few for this truck. What happened with the scanguage? That was a fun project.
