65tacodude, you didn't happen to be driving on 55 S between bloomington/springfield on monday were you? a real nice lifted SWB passed me and I thought of you.

I'd love to come to something and see everyones rigs. I'd like to get some experience since I have not done a whole lot of serious wrenching and would like to learn (and would like to add a few larger mods like a lift down the road). Nov though is going to be a rough month for me, I expect most of my weekends to be out with family commitment (go help dad harvest so he's not doing it all by himself) so might not be able to make this one. I'll know more closer to the date.

Re-valving some Bilstein 7100's right now for the rear of the truck, then a mini bed-cage for the taller hoops, relocate shock mounts on the axle, clearance fenders and wells for 35's, and finish re-gearing by doing the front diff tomorrow...busy weekend :D

I actually have to say my wife ain't bad about all this..she is a little sensitive about it because my last vehicle (a jeep) I dumped 20K plus into it, you should seen the look on her face when my Custom Dana 44 (front) and Dana 60 both with ARB's were delivered to the house...That was not a good day...

Early congrats to you buddy. I hope your lady will be understanding about you modding your ride even when you are married.

I love being single, the sex is regular for the most part. Having more than one girl is great.

Shes alright, I really can't complain. Hell, our money has been together for a while now and I just got 35's, gears, shackle flip kit, longer rear shocks, and rear disc conversion. She actually dared me to narrow and bob the bed!

She doesn't care as long as I keep doing stuff to her Jeep as well. Matter of fact the bumper for that comes in tomorrow! Then I can do some customizing to it, lightbar hoops, etc.

Oh, I remember the single days...multiple girls...shitty food! I'll take my home cooked dinner! :p

I actually live in Cedar Lake, but work and stay in Highland. Can't really miss my truck, LOL.

As far as a where, it depends on what the planned activities are, drinkin and planning, or wrenchin?

Ok guys Nov.14th is the only date that has been proposed so far, and it seems like we have a few members interested in that date. If anyone wants to propose another date go ahead.

I went ahead and gathered the names and locations of members that have responded to this thread, in the order they responded. Go ahead and copy the list and put down a date you are open for. Once we figure out a date that you all are open for we will have to figure out a meet place where we can either just chill at or actually do some wrenchin at. I would like to be fair to everyone that is open to a date we agree on (so far Nov. 14), and find a meeting place that is a fair distance for everyone. Let me know your thoughts. I will end up sending a PM to these members to check ou this thread so they can respond to this thread if they are interested.
