Depends on your local dealership. I inquired about repairs as soon as the recall letters were sent out. First they said the paint was not in stock and backordered by a couple months. Then they said there is a one year waitlist.

I ended up doing the repairs myself. Cost me ~$100 and a days worth of work.

Paint is never "not in stock." What a line of BS you were fed. That really sucks. There's no such thing as OEM paint. OEM's change paint suppliers all the time, and any major paint company can produce any color/formula needed.

I’d still get another white truck if I had to replace mine, it’s too bad that Toyota had this issue and I await the day I can get mine fixed also.

Well here's an update, called Toyota back today and was told there still working on a repair but they would call the dealer for me to get some new pictures of the paint that is still chipping in new spots. Dealer call me back in 10 minutes and now I have an appointment to have the truck repaired in one week. I you are still waiting I would get on the phone with Toyota.
