Hey guys I've got some bad news. The weather is right and the reports have been coming in for ducks down here in the delta, I'm going to have to bail on this trip to chase some ducks around this weekend. Have fun up there guys! I want to see lots of pictures.

Yea it sucks that everything cool in this state is 5+ hours away. Wish I could do both this weekend but the ducks won out, only get to chase them 2 months out of the year.

I was confused then realized you did the time change calculating in that. Like wtf south Carolina isn't 3 hours away haha. I'll prob be leaving work about 330 then going by the house to get the rest of my stuff together so probably rolling in about 8 that night honestly. It's 3 hours from me.

Friday night has a low of 23. It's looking like the highs will be in the 60's. I've been watching to see if it changes at all.

So for you guys to know, the check in is on the honor system. You feel in a log book, take an envelope, write your information on the envelope and drop it into a lock box. As for the park hours and the gate, I don't think it will be closed at all. You would be trapping people in. The owners also live up a private road at the back of the camping area.

Boat ramp is pure hell. We watched a stretched buggy style Samurai with 40's rip a tire off trying to get up that thing. Slicker than snot as soon as you get your tires wet.
