Hopefully we can do some sort of spring fling. And in summer the guys always do the camping thing. Perhaps we can arrange a BBQ!!

 

Geeze you lucked out. That's only 10 so you won't have to go to mandatory court like I did when I got busted doing 75 on your street where you live in the Hemi.

Yeah, well, like any TW meet he coulda written a bunch of fix it stuff too, too many lights, cracked windshield, front window tints too dark, no plate on the front bumper

 

Well I learned my lesson. I knew I was wrong (it was on the way to work at 130am) and was running late. The process and fees were grueling. Sold the Hemi. Drove the old Chevy S10 as a punishment to myself. Later on I found the same cop on the same corner and then I pulled over, parked and walked over to him. I went to thank him for that ticket because I learned so much from that. Especially how to not cause myself so much stress by allowing myself to run late. He was really surprised when I told him that.

 

I think it was pretty cool the CHP was ok with everything. Sorry you got the ticket though.

It was great meeting Chris4x4 and Julie, listening to Chris' "burning down the house" stories, and see folks again while meeting some new members. That and checking out some nice Tacoma trucks in person.

We should make Athens Burger (or Jerry's shop) the unofficial Norcal Meet'n'Greet spot. Their staff did a good job putting up with us Although, I think we should do the round table or U shape with the tables next time like Babytruck suggested.

Yeah, I like the folks at Athen's, Pete the owner was great when I set this up, good people for sure. I'm thinkin after the Mod Day at Seth's on the 13th, I think the members could use another Mod Day at Jerry's shop. Hmmmmm, maybe it's time I get that Blue Sea fuse block and wire up the job lights on the side of my lumber rack.....gosh darn.....bitten by the mod bug again!

 

Yeah good luck with that dude, ain't nobody gonna be having no mod day at jerrys in the next two month.

 

Yeah, you may be right about that, new baby, MOAB, more sims.....

We couuuuuuuuuuuuuuld also do it over at Dave and Buster's next time. They have a massive parking lot and there's tons to do inside. I might add that they have racing sims that don't close at 9pm.

Though not nearly as well welded.
