Thanks guys! Mods are slow now that school is in effect. A swing out tire carrier is next on my list. And some frame reinforcements to go with that.

    Also, installed LCE headers.

The PO had to replace the cat due to theft and opted not to keep the factory flange...

So I got a piece of pipe swaged at the exhaust shop and welded a new flange.

Can't really tell from your pics, but are you still running a skid plate with that bumper. I'm looking at getting one like it, but I'll have aftermarket skids (they fit where stock location goes) just wanted to make sure it'll work, even though we (98-00) have to cut the skid plate mount cross member

There is a piece on the bumper that gives you the same mounting points for a skid plate. I'm running the stock one right now and had to massage the tabs a little but it fits just fine.

I see your solenoid setup on your winch has the solenoid mounted on the bumper (great build btw - the truck looks awesome), and am planning to go a similar route with the same Relentless bumper. Couple questions:
    1. I notice the solenoid is at a bit of an angle/rake on the bumper. Did you build a bracket for that, or how is it attached? (If you built something, do you have pics by chance?)
    2. Wires from the solenoid to the winch - did you drill/cut through the top of the bumper, or are you routed behind it?
Thanks - and again, great build!

One more question - what brand spray paint did you use on everything behind the bumper? Holding up well?

    Thanks! Get to it!

Yes, I was lucky that they came stock on my truck.

It's great! Albeit a little heavy..

I bent and cut piece of 1/8" steel plate into an angle bracket. The angle was necessary to allow the power cables to pass through the gap in between the bumper and the grill without cutting anything. I didn't have to cut anything to pass the cables through the grill support.. there was an opening I was able to utilize. The edges are sharp, so make sure to protect the power cables very well to ensure that nothing wears through the insulation and shorts out.

I think I used some matte black rustoleum. No issues at all.

Been a while since I have done anything besides oil changes and road/offroad trips. The truck needs some love and I have some new parts on the way..
