    Piss warm is roughly body temperature at 98ºF. Arizona is generally what? 525ºF at any given time?

    That makes piss warm near absolute zero by comparison.

    Remember, 3ºC water will induce hypothermia in under 10 minutes.

    News is on, and they are talking about the news. Evidently, Tempe is blaming Bridgstone (the makers of the dams). Bridgestone is telling Tempe, that they were informed the Dams would only last in the heat, if they had sprinklers spraying them durring the day.
