I strung some orange christmas lights around my truck for a trunk-r-treat at my church. Looked pretty cool imo. Of course I didn't drive it around, but my brother has white ones strung on the roof rack of his 4runner and he never has any problems with the law.

Ya, got a tonneau cover this year, so its around that. Actually easier to put on this year with that. Needed a longer set of lights though, than last year.

Pretty much one zip tie. The way my tonneau covers rails stick up a little, I just wrapped around pulled them tight, and put a zip tie where the strand meets, to keep them tight. I also had enough when I started, where they plug in, to wrap around a tie down once by plug.

I just used one string of multicolored lights and made an "N" shape across the bed rail cleats.

Just started my canopy layout, the strip on the tailgate is going on the ceiling of the canopy, just haven't decided on how to mount it. This is 10 meters or 32ft9inches of waterproof RGB LED light strip with double back tape the full length of the strips and an ir remote that you can control the pattern or colour that you want. sorry in advance for the lousy video, the LED light strips are bright as hell, probably not gonna run them when I'm driving, guaranteed traffic stop if not charges for impersonating law enforcement. I will update when I am fully done with the Xmas theme this year. Couldn't upload via this window for some reason. Uploading now to my gallery.

    Cheers!
