    Drone strikes are authorized on American citizens that are confirmed as senior operational leaders of al queda or an associated force, on foreign soil... Not U.S. soil.

    Not necessarily. Helicopters are used when ground transport would be delayed to the point of being detrimental to the patient, which, considering the traffic in that area right now, it would be.
