Anyone know if brushing a chrome bumper with bedliner will hold up? What sort of prep is involved? Or is it just not worth the hassle? Looking for info from people who have actually done it not speculations.

I've done the same to the chrome nerf bars on my Jeep but you will have to scuff the shine off that bumper extremely well. 180-220grit sandpaper and I did a layer of adhesion promoter then rattlecan bedliner. Held up well with easy touchup.
