    Interesting thought.
    Too much sugar ( and salt!! ) are both really bad for you and can cause lots of issues.
    But neither are as addicting as cigs.

    It's too late for me, but for any youngsters out there do yourself a favor - don't do it....

    Eat healthy, stay away from ultra processed foods, and stay fit.
