Cigarette plug mod

Never seen or heard of a Karr alarm. Sorry, but here is a bump for ya.

 

It goes to some box up in the dash there.

Never taken my dash far enough apart to need to remove that, but i also have the KARR alarm, been meaning to get the wiring diagram for it.

Found it. Box is on the driver side wall, and the plug socket was on top and not really visible. I had to feel it out. Now my only problem is that the horn blasts constantly when I reconnect the negative terminal.

 

Lock-unlock silenced it. Man can you tell I'm new? Put everything back together and it works!

 

Next time you have a problem like that, pull the horn fuse until you find out where to plug in the wire

 

Good idea. Dealing with all those wires I felt like I was working bomb disposal, lol.

 

Also, had you driven it yet??
