Sup guys, today I just picked up my new taco from dealership. They put this clear coat called CilaJet on the truck to supposedly protect the paint? Truck looks nice, clean and shiny, I drive on the road a lot and live close to the beach so I will see if this CilaJet coat was worth it? Also to see if it really protects paint? Will let you guys know wats up.

Below is the pic of the truck with CilaJet on.

Lookin good! Is it just me, or is the grille surround color a bit off? I don't know if its just the angle of the shot and lighting, or what, but it looks off. How do you apply CilaJet?

When i bought the truck the dealership offers it. Im pretty sure though you can go to your local dealership and get it done to your truck? but thats how i got it.

Hate to burst your bubble, but stuff like that is a complete waste of money. The second you wash the truck with soap it'll take it right off. You still need to wax the car periodically cause it ain't gonna hold up for whatever amount of years they told you.
