    One of the best way to preserve Cilantro. I buy lots of it. Blend(puree) in a little Olive oil or butter the freeze. I use a cheap dollar store ice tray with silicone cups so it can be pushed out of the tray.20181107_110809.jpg

    My folks have a rather unique lime tree and we squeeze/freeze ~400 oz a year (last year 450 oz) in large yogurt containers then recast them one at a time as needed into ice cube trays for frozen margaritas. Goes great with the guac.
