Wish I would've seen this earlier. You didn't have to remove the glue, its reusable and you can add more if needed.

    I feel your pain.
I've been wiring lights, it sucks. Had the bumper on and off a few times. Lol. So happy though.

Does anyone know if I need to add the limited slip additive to my rear differential oil during a change? 2015 TRD Offroad.

Plan on adding Amsoil 75w90 to both diffs and transfer case.

I did my diffs and case after LBL in March. Did NOT use additives. I have a MT though.

    No problems of any kind

Looking at suspension and tires. My plan as current is to keep the stock front TRD pro Suspension, use a dakar heavy duty with extra leaf to hold the Habitat and gear in the back. For tires, I plan to go with the KO2s and bro out, but haven't decided if I go 265/70/r16 for 31.6" diameter or do I go with the 285/75/R16 for a 32.8" diameter?

I don't want to re-gear at this time, also don't want to lose too much power from the perspective my truck already carries enough weight. With the rim width of the stock rims at 7", will the tires perform poorly squeezed on the tiny rims? Any thoughts?

I run 285's on stock TRD OR rims. Perfect wear, and no issues.

My buddy just traded in his 2016 Tacoma into a dealership on Saturday and spent Saturday evening berating me about not having done tires and suspension yet. When I saw the IG post about him trading in his truck, I had to ream him about not swapping his tires with mine before the trade in, the stealerships wouldn't know the difference. Spent the rest of the night shaking my head.

New tires every other year are sadly expected.

Were you able to fit the spare underneath?
