A park with a shop on it. So when people break down, we can go tow em to shop and charge them more $

Because you wanted it near Cincy

Locate it closer to Mt Washington Ky and I'm in!

I'd love to have access to the kind of garage from Christine where you just rent a stall and there's tools you can use to work on your stuff.

Too bad today's breed of assholes would just steal everything.

You know because between the 6-8 of us, absolutely nothing would get done but BS and we would have to have TV monitors up with TW going daily lol

There was a shop like that in Louisville for ages. You belonged to a co-op....They hired an ASE certified mechanic to run the front desk and answer questions. It's a bar now. Same mechanic has his own stool.

I have a feeling if there were more of us in close proximity, there would be no issue with renting a shop together. Reason I was joking about one in Mt Washington is, I have my eye on one about 2 blocks from the house. It was a body shop at one time. 6 bays, a huge office and parts storage area, compressed air, 110/220/440 3 phase service, heat and air, 2-post lift, and a frame rack. Bumper to Bumper Auto parts next door, and a Dairy Queen across the street. (Liquor store a block away) It has all the requirements checked off. $1200 a month. (Which is actually cheap for commercial property)

Find out if your home owners ins will allow a wood stove in the gay-rog. If so, I may be able to help that happen. Some insurance underwriters frown upon them.

I'm planning on my next piece of property either already having or having space for a giant pole barn that I can put a lift in, so if nothing else we'll have that....in 5 years.....in Colorado...
